The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation announced a Proposed Remedial Action Plan (PRAP) for the Site at the end of February, 2011, with a Public Meeting to discuss the PRAP on March 10. A copy of the PRAP can be found in the Major Reports section of this website. The NYSDEC will accept comments about the Plan from the public until March 25.  After evaluating the comments, the NYSDEC will issue a Responsiveness Summary, with its responses to each of the comments received. Later, the NYSDEC will issue a Decision Document, detailing the final Remedial Action Plan, at which time National Grid and its consultants will begin the process of designing how the Remedial Action Plan will be implemented. 

Public Meeting March 10, 2011
